Memberships
Join the club
Membership at Nanango runs from 1 January to 31 December and is the cheapest way to play regularly: $5 social green fees for any 9 or 18 hole round outside of competitions, discounted cart hire, and a place in our weekly competitions. Every full membership includes Golf Australia, Golf Queensland, Sunshine Burnett & Glasshouse District and South Burnett Zone affiliation, Golf Australia personal insurance cover while you play, a GolfLink ID and official handicap, and the MiScore app to score your rounds.
We’re a volunteer-run community club, so new members are welcomed properly — introduced around the clubhouse, paired up for a social round and shown the ropes on comp day. Memberships are provisional until approved by the Committee, a one-off $30 joining fee applies on nomination, and all fees include GST. Pay by cash, card or direct deposit at the clubhouse.
Membership options
There are four categories. Ordinary is for working adults and self-funded retirees. Pensioner is for Centrelink-funded retirees and needs a government-issued Pensioner Card. Young Adult covers 18 to 35 year olds and needs proof of age. Junior is for under 18s, with or without a handicap. Age-based categories require the qualifying age by 1 November. Memberships are non-refundable and renew by 31 December each year.
